Here at JAM-Sport, working along some of the industries finest file writers we are now able to offer DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) removal files, its becomming more and more common for DPF's to fail due to the higher milage covered on vehicles. Due to the way the DPF works it also limits the performance gain achievable with the filter fitted.
With a new DPF sometimes costing over £1000 it is often more financially viable to remove the filter and have a remap done to stop the engine management light illuminating.
This modification is available for most of the following makes of vehicles: BMW/Mini/Fiat/Alfa/Lancia/Ford/Jaguar/Honda/Kia/Hyundai/Suzuki/Mercedes/Opel/Cheverolet/Saab/Peugeot/Citroen/ Renault/Nissan/VAG/Volvo fitted with Bosch EDC16/17 and Siemens PPD/SID
Intercooler
Working along side Radtec JAM-Sport have developed an intercooler designed as a direct fit to the 2009 Focus RS, this intercooler has been designed so it can be fitted without removing the front bumper, fitting takes a less than an hour and will fit to all the standard hoses.
Please note, even tho the Focus ST intercooler will physically bolt into the RS, there are many differences with the pipe work routing and the ST map sensor mounting is different to the RS, to date this is the only actual Focus RS intercooler available off the shelf.
